Our Sales & Delivery Policy

OUR SALES AND DELIVERY POLICY
1. Goods once sold, not returnable unless there is a factory defect.
2. The company allows two days complain period for products delivered within Nairobi and four days for parcels
(from dispatch date)
3. Exchanges for wrong orders placed shall attract a 30% fine of the products value.
4. The customer caters for any expenses incurred during exchange.
5. All electronics are unboxed and tested before dispatch.
6. We do not offer fixing services for any products but can assist with contacts of technicians who offer the services at a charge.
7. The company shall not be held responsible for products inspected and verified at the shop before delivery. (Damages that occur during ferrying or mishandling).
8. Incase of a factory defect, the company shall only exchange with a similar product and no cash refunds.
